Run the Evos app

On Windows, open the downloaded installer. On Mac, open the ZIP file, run the installer and follow the permission prompts.

02 · CONNECT

Share your session details

Tell your Evos technician the ID and one-time password shown in the app—never share them with anyone else.

03 · CONTROL

Approve the connection

Accept the request when you are ready. Close the app at any time to end the support session immediately.
